At Market Day is the perfect time to get your fill of  fresh fruits and vegetables. Spinach and broccoli are a couple of veggies that aid in eye health. Any fresh fruit, including strawberries, peaches and apricots are also healthy choices. Milk, eggs and cheese, will keep your eyes in focus too. Another great idea is make your own trail mix by tossing your favorite dried fruits and nuts together for a delicious snack that your whole family will love.
